Vienna has now become an established location for this retreat: since 2016, the complete program has been conducted here four times.

Do I need prior experience in meditation or spirituality?
No. Beginners are very welcome. The retreat is designed in a way that introduces you step by step to the teachings and processes.
In which language is the retreat conducted?
The retreat is conducted in English and simultaneously translated into German.
Do I need to participate in all 7 days?
The full retreat experience is intentionally designed as a 7-day journey. At the same time, there is also the possibility to attend the first 3 days if you would like to experience an introduction to the program first.
Is accommodation included in the price?
No, accommodation is not included in the participation fee. Each participant organises their own accommodation. Upon request, we are happy to share recommendations that previous participants have found helpful.
How does registration and payment work?
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with all further information.
If you select PayPal, you can complete the payment directly online.
If you select bank transfer, you will then receive the payment details including IBAN and can transfer the amount conveniently.
Once payment has been made, your participation is fully confirmed and you will receive further organisational information about the retreat. Payment by instalments is generally possible.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Please note that once a payment has been made, it is generally non-refundable. We therefore recommend taking out suitable cancellation insurance as a precaution.
How large is the group?
The number of participants is intentionally limited in order to create a protected and personal environment for deep development and genuine connection.
What should I bring to the retreat?
Comfortable clothing, preferably light-coloured tops, and your own water bottle are recommended. Meditation cushions are available on site.
Is there a minimum age?
Participation is possible from the age of 18. The retreat is open to adults of all ages – in the past we have welcomed participants from young adults to almost 80 years old.
What does a typical retreat day look like?
The retreat usually begins in the morning between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. and ends in the evening. Exact times may vary slightly depending on the daily flow and group dynamics, but generally not later than 10:00 p.m.
