Participation Terms and Important Information
This retreat is a special collaboration between The Golden Space® – the international center for conscious living – and the Protektor Institute, which ensures the on-site organization and support with care and clarity.
Together we create a protected space for transformation, depth and personal growth.
In the following text, the term “Organizer” refers jointly to The Golden Space® – International Center for Conscious Living and the Protektor Institute – Association for the Protection of People and Their Living Environments from Natural Hazards.
1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If you book as a consumer, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform the organizer in writing:
Protektor Institute – Association for the Protection of People and Their Living Environments from Natural Hazards
Attn. Mr. Wolfgang Schober
Völkrahof 1
3324 Euratsfeld
Austria
Phone: +43 676 37 04 015
Email: protektorinstitut@gmail.com
Your notification must clearly state your decision (for example by letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Sending the withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient to meet the withdrawal period.
Please note: In the event of cancellation – even within the withdrawal period – the organizer reserves the right to charge a processing fee of €50.
After the withdrawal period has expired, payments made are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. If you do not attend or leave the course early, no refund of the participation fee will be granted.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, the organizer will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of withdrawal was received.
The refund will be made via bank transfer.
If the service begins during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount for the services already provided. This amount corresponds to the proportion of the services already delivered compared to the total scope of the contract. The decisive factor is the time when the withdrawal was received.
2. Course Cancellation
If the course is cancelled by the organizer, the course fee will be refunded in full. Further claims (for example hotel cancellation fees, travel costs or loss of earnings) are excluded.
3. Course Materials
Course materials as well as all workbooks and writing materials will be provided to you during the course.
Reproduction or distribution of the materials to third parties is not permitted.
If you would like to bring your personal journal or coaching notebook, you are very welcome to do so.
4. Included Services
- Water, juices, tea and coffee
- Lunch
- Snacks
5. Exclusion from the Course
To ensure a smooth course experience, the organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the course in case of repeated disruptions.
In such cases, no refund of the course fee will be granted. The organizer assumes no liability for any resulting costs or losses.
6. Rejection of Registrations
The organizer reserves the right to reject registrations without giving reasons, particularly in cases of incomplete information or previous misconduct.
7. Liability
The organizer assumes no liability for your personal belongings, devices or documents.
No liability claims can be made against the organizer arising from the application of the course content.
The organizer assumes no responsibility for printing errors in documents or on internet pages.
You are required to follow the instructions of the teaching staff as well as all safety guidelines.
If you cause damage intentionally or through negligence, you are personally liable. To the extent permitted by law, the organizer is not liable for personal injury, property damage or financial losses.
8. Practical Information for Your Participation
Please plan your arrival on the first day between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. so that we can begin together and on time.
To help create a harmonious atmosphere, we kindly ask you – if possible – to wear light-colored (preferably colorful) tops during this week.
It would also be helpful if you bring a sealable container or a water bottle. In the room it is safer and easier if we avoid open glasses that might be knocked over.
Meditation cushions will be provided. If you prefer to bring your own meditation cushion, you are very welcome to do so.
Blankets will also be available on site – nevertheless please wear comfortable clothing so that you can sit relaxed and move freely.
If you tend to feel cold easily, you may want to bring warm socks as well.
In your own best interest, it would be beneficial if you dedicate this week entirely to yourself.
